I went to the Albany Whole Foods Market after Kundalini Yoga class tonight. It was, as my friend so aptly said, [grocery store] Heaven. The stacks of shiny apples! The free Tofurkey samples! The case full of greens! The hot bar of prepared dinner foods. How does one shop there on a budget??? This will be my new challenge! :)(It was my first time in the new Whole Foods - I used to shop there when I lived in SF, and the nickname for the store there was Whole Paycheck. ;) It is divine! :)
