I will get chastised for this but what the hell (cue the usual moronic taunts from the usual people that are genetically mentioned herein)........I understand the banter thing in football, I really do, and I love it. I do enjoy it when a rival loses but I do not place abuse on Facebook or other social networks because there is no point, I may like the odd comment but it stops there. On a personal level I do not appreciate being pigeon holed in the generic Man Utd fan category, most of these gob shites have never left their arm chairs (this also goes for fans of other clubs). For me I love SUPPORTING my club and I always will do, I see it as an honour, win lose or draw, to enjoy the feast of football with other fellow SUPPORTERS in the battle arena (not living rooms or public house), this will continue whilst I can afford it and whilst my wife lets me continue to attend!! 9 years a season ticket holder and I still get a buzz from it. The banter with rival SUPPORTERS that follows is also a joy. And back to the morons that abuse opposition rivals (inclusive of my team), you are that and do not appreciate the finer things that football has to offer such as cameradery and a heated debate. Please do yourselves and us a favour by going back to your holes and staying away from the daylight, the world will be a better place. To you SUPPORTERS, bring on the next round of fixtures and the frolics that follow. Over and out!!
