I will never use AUSTRIAN Airlines services. AUSTRIAN Airlines employees are people rude, even hostile, at least relative to the Romanian citizens. On 03.October.2013 I noticed by e-mail to the Austrian Airlines company (at customer.relations@austrian ) about unfriendly and disrespectful behavior, without kindness of the AUSTRIAN Airlines employees relative to me and my wife on the boarding gate G27 for flight OS 767 G27 Vienna-Bucharest, on 30 Sept. 2013. I presented in this e-mail the detailed situation I had to stand and I asked at least for explanations and possibly apologize for my uncomfortable situation I must to support. Here is a short remember of the facts. In Vienna I had to do the transfer from flight OS 582 Geneva -Vienna to flight OS 767 Vienna-Bucharest. The first flight was some late than the schedule, therefore I reached the boarding gate G27 for the new flight just 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. It seems it was not too late for boarding as long as the display showed the boarding is still active. But the AUSTRIAN Airlines employees at this Gate G27 forbid us boarding. More, the takeoff occurred only after 35 minutes and we have had enough time for boarding. However they claimed we arrived too late. The answer to my notice of 03.Oct.2013, I received on 08.October.2013, not from customer.relations@austrian but from Austrian Airlines representative in Bucharest, signed by Maria Pantea, Austrian Airlines Customer Care Specialist. The answer was stupefying. While recognizing the 5 minutes delay of the first flight on 30.Sep.2013 OS 582 Geneva-Vienna, they said that I had to transfer 44 minutes to reach the boarding gate G27. It is a proof again of cynicism from AUSTRIAN Airlines employees, because I came to the departing gate in just 30 minutes after landing of the first flight, not 44 minutes. The behavior of the AUSTRIAN employees is once more underlined by the final invitation to use with confidence AUSTRIAN Airlines aircraft services. After such an answer I decided not to wait for any more explanation, even not to expect any apologies from Austrian Airlines. I need no any return of the accommodation costs for the hotel until the next day, when I had "favor" to take another flight OS 791 01.Oct.2013 to Bucharest. But I must to disclose the behavior of AUSTRIAN Airlines employees for all the people, or even for other Romanians possibly to support the same treatment. The only action I did was to post on Facebook https://facebook/AustrianAirlines?ref=br_tf a warning to everyone who visits this website, about the disgraceful behavior and reactions that AUSTRIAN Airlines employees have with their clients. I did not expect any more reaction from AUSTRIAN Airlines. However, they replied with the same irreverent style, namely to address a notice by e- mail to the same customer.relations@austrian , the same service I received the above hallucinatory answer.
