I wish there was a forum we could name and shame ill behaving VISITORS to Mozambique. On my way to Ponta Malongane yesterday for a dive briefing we came across a local Mozambican guy who got his vehicle stuck in the sand. There was an Afrikaans speaking young man with his family and kids in his gold landrover V8 verbally abusing these people. Screaming at the top of his voice at them to move their vehicle out of the way immediately, using the most horrendous swear words for about 10 minutes while we were trying to push them out of the sand. During all the time he ranted and raved like an uneducated hooligan the mozambican guys never said a word - just kept trying to get their vehicle out of the sand.... How embarrassing to admit he is a fellow South African! Please, if you cant behave yourself or handle your drink stay at home. Am I too harsh? Think not....
