I woke up this morning at 6am (no alarm...lucky me) and I had just had a dream with Channing Tatum in it. I dreamt I was at his wedding. Not the best dream to have with him in it but its better than no dream at all. So, already my day had started off pretty well. We got ready for our run and headed out the door. We made a quick pit stop at Peets and while we were there I found $7 in the corner where I sat down. Sweet! We made it to Lake Merced and Kara L. Chan and I were dreading it but knew we needed to just do it and get it over with. We decided that we were going to bring music on this run. So we started our run and no lie, we were done before we knew it. We played with our nutrition plan today and tried new things and they seemed to work. We were both very pleased with our 3:40:50 time for 20 miles. We love each other and our conversations we have on our runs but thank God for our music today! Lake Merced has really taken care of us every time we have run there. Its a great course. Check out the bibs and the medals we made. Were legit! Thank you, Kara, for a great run!
