I woke up this morning with many reasons to smile... Last night was another night of emotions for Sinha capoeira after sharing some special words to congratulate Monitora Cremosa Lydia . And although it was meant to be congratulations on this new journey, complement one another, the younger girls in the group (ma and Quizumba ) knew there was a little more to say to her. Sinha Capoeira is blessed to have you creamy, in the vanguard of strong women in life and in capoeira. Like Q pointed out and I want to emphasize, its hard as a woman to break glass roofs, but its even harder when you add the extra factor or color. You beat odds and you keep beating them. You are an amazing, kind, intelligent, hard-working, woman full of passion and integrity for all that you do. Its is such an honor for to be able to train with you, knowing the champion you are in the roda and outside. You fight for others rights, it is what you love. An incredible calling fulfilled. And that, aside from all the words of wisdom that you share, is the biggest source of inspiration and encouragement. Because you fought on and continued, younger women like myself and Quizumba know we can and should do it too. And as you serve to inspire us, so do many other women in our group. Angorá who I am so excited is back, is one woman who has more wisdom in her 25 years than most people acquire in a lifetime. Faceira is a fearless woman of standards who tackles all with unwavering fierceness. Quizumba you inspire me, we came from the same place and you have come so far and you still have far to go. You are extremely hard working, responsible and determined. You keep dreaming and keep fighting for your dreams with a heart of gold and a diamond smile. Personally Temi is one huge inspiration. In this turbulent time when it dawns on you you have to make life decisions and you feel like you are caught off guard, you words lifted me up, but your success speaks volumes and gives me hope. I can talk ON and ON and ON about all the strong women in our group. I just wanted to name a few and share with you all. Surround yourself with inspiration and you will never be discouraged.
