I wonder how many of you know Johannes Heesters. Maybe some have heard of him because of his incredible age- He died in 2011 with 108 years! He was a dutch actor and singer and very popular in Germany from the 1930s until his death. I could fortunately never see anything political in his 1930s/40s films. To me His films can be compared with RKO-Musicals. In fact they are all extreme lively, enjoyable and fun to watch. He was probably one of the best looking and charming actors, and what a fantastic voice he had... dreamy!
