I wonder if all the big name tax owers paid off their large tax bills, maybe the laws about tax evasion by selling single cigarettes would not be necessary. A recent case of one who owes big time brought no response or action at all from the federal goivernment, yet Wesly Snipes was imprisoned for past due taxes. Hmmmmmm??? this prosecutorial discretion is very interesting, I must say. Some tax debtors---practically every person appointed by the administration as advisors ( not accountable to the checks and balances demanded by the constituion, Lois Lerner, thousands of IRS employees who received bonus despite their back tax debt. the list is endless. I am coming to the conclusion that the government now exists for the government, of the government and by the government via its agengies accountable to no one but the power brokers who appoiunted them and to their own power madness and the elected officials best friend, the royal order of lobbyists, once known as bribers.
