I wonder why it is even a question if a 10 year old girl SHOULD get an organ donation. Why is there a rule that prevents every measure possible from being tried to save this little girls life. What happened to our society, where there is even debate on this topic. What happened to helping those in our society who are the weakest and most vulnerable? What a shame that a judge had to intervene to instill common sense into the argument. And now the bureaucrats who came up with this rule, have a meeting to see if they will fight the judges ruling in court. And there is no death panel in this country??? BULLSHIT !! There always was, and there always will be a process where people are selected to live or die. My hands are up....I surrender !!
