I wondered if Tai Chi and swimming can be practiced at same time. Today I can definitively say YES. Tai Chi works good particularly for the legs. Swimming for the body and arms. It is most important to make a schedule and not to have the body and the mind tired. So you have to play a lot of attention to the diet and the sleeping time. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want any information. I am italian and I try to do my best with my english. I hope to practice with you very soon.
