I wondered if you could clarify something that you had in the note that was on our doors? My question is about the cigaret butt issue. You said that if you and Bill continue to have to pick up after smokers butts outside their apartments then you were going to charge them a fine. My question is what if you are a non-smoker and are stuck living next to smokers who,be it them or their guest, drop their butts outside. Are we the non-smokers then subject to the same fines even though we are not the ones doing it?
