I work across industries where the worker has to log what they have done in 15 minute increments. I have supervision and KPI Standards, outcomes that must be achieved. I am on my feet 6 hours a day with usually no lunch break. I get 40 cents an hour yearly wage increase. Ive won awards for this work, however still live under the poverty line. What will it take to lift my minimal wage like the politicians. How do workers get a tribunal to do this.
