I worked today at the Harmons at Bangerter Crossing. They had a complete seafood bar for sampling with a chef overseeing preparation. As you know, I am a vegetarian but I decided to try the lobster tail that had been sautéed in butter. I swear I can still smell it on my hands and breath. I hate to say this but I immediately choked it back up into the trash. It was horribly gross. People were lined up ten deep to try it and would get back in line to try it again. They also had different shrimp items cooked in different sauces, swordfish, crab legs, live lobsters (I wanted to free them before I left the store), shark, clams, sturgeon, eel, bass, halibut, herring, and who knows what else. I have been to a lot of seafood buffets with Russ but this was the most amazing selection. They served fondue, crackers, different cheeses, etc. and I completed the buffet with Wasatch Granola and Virgils root beer varieties
