I would be willing to testify as evidence that Comcast tech support are allowed to make up whatever bullshit they think sounds good at the time. Its the only reasonable explanation I can think of for the fact that I get a new story every time I call them. Also, Im led to believe that 45 seconds is actually 22 seconds. Or perhaps my house and the land under it are moving at a speed far greater than that of Comcasts tech support, which would cause classic Einsteinian time dilation, rendering their 45 seconds complete before mine.
