I would like to acknowledge Simon Sinek, for being an inspiring individual. He changed my life with his book, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action. by Simon Sinek, and I am forever grateful for his positive influence on me and to the rest of humanity. After reading his book, I discovered my WHY, which apparently is the same as his: To wake up everyday with the aspiration to inspire people to do what inspires them. In addition, he has further encouraged me to be authentic by making every effort to live out my values and beliefs. For instance, I believe every individual has potential to be successful and to be great. My way in showing that is through words of encouragement and trying to be there for them. His second book, Leaders Eat Last, has further developed me as an individual and as a leader. I want to make everyone I encounter to feel safe, to know that I am putting their interests before mine, and that I truly care about their well-being! I welcome all the advice I can get in being more effective as an individual that aspires to love every person that crosses my path. Thank you, Simon Sinek for being a wonderful role model!
