I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone who has donated to Cancer Research on the back of my Great North Run challenge. We did not run a fast time but Tom Gibson and I got there in the end and crossed the line in just over three hours at which point Mo Farrah was slurring his speech in a local pub. I have raised £65 through Just Giving and a further £30 through personal donations meaning I have managed to raise £95. I am going to add £20 to this from myself and Rebecca to take it to a total of £115. Tom managed to mug a few people at work and raised more than £150 for Mind so well done to him.
