I would like to give a shout out to my awesome lender, Dan Reagan, with Cornerstone Home Lending. Last week, my buyers won in a multiple-offer situation specifically because the listing agent felt more confident with Dan as the lender, knowing that the deal will be solid from a loan aspect. I tell people all the time that choosing the right lender is crucial and they are often the reason purchase contracts fall apart. They either over-promise, disappear or dont deliver docs to the title company in time to close. Dan is a man of his word, he goes above and beyond to pull strings and make the loan product as advantageous to my clients as possible. He is pro-active with calling listing agents as soon as we submit offers. Dan will even point people in another direction, outside of his company if he knows the options are more suitable to their situation, rather than being greedy. I trust Dan completely with my clients. I know if he is a part of my real estate team, that the outcome will be positive. Thank you Dan!!!
