I would like to have what is called TIP OF THE DAY training advise for new members of this site..If it is permitted by Jeff, i will do so with great enthusiasm. I believe that the newer generation of BBs should know more about The Best Trainer in the World and His methods of building the Wild Physique. Here is the first of my installments. DELTOID DEVELOPMENT; We must first remember that the Whole Delt is composed of three HEADs, The Front, the side, and the rear heads. For the best results, all three heads must be developed to its max..the only difference is the Side delt that Vince had me over-develop to get a wider look to them..According to Vince, Genetics will play a good part of your shoulder width, but you can always add a little more size if Delts are trained accurately. Hence, Larry Scott was able to do this.. First rule of thumb, according to Vince, is to pick one exercise for each part Second do about 4 to 6 sets, but no more then 8 sets for Delts. No over training them in one workout..Better, according to him, to train them twice in one day with 6 to 8 hours rest between workout. Thirdly, No rest between sets..that means doing one set after the other..I would set up my DBs before hand and before starting the routine. Fourthly, FEED, FEED the muscle..that means Livers and Amino tabs before and after workout..Also some type of PROTEIN meal to get protein or aminos into the worked muscle and blood stream.
