I would like to issue an apology to all my family and friends who I have alienated over the years (DAMN near everyone). Since childhood Ive adopted a Winning is the only thing that matters attitude. And when things go wrong I quit, and afterwards I feel ashamed and distance myself. When my parents died I took on the burden of winning for the family. Big mistake, I am only one man. But yes I have been avoiding yall. I always tell myself Im a get with yall when I get back right, while more time pass by. I have now realized that Im not the only one dealing with not being where they want to be in life. Who am I to take my frustration out on yall as well as myself. My main focus is to be a good father now, and the best way to start is to accept life for what it is and enjoy the little things, then attempt to make changes. I thank God for the inner peace gained by writing this.
