I would like to make a suggestion. The articles are very informative regarding the disparity in family court situations. I would like propose that in addition to sharing documented information, using this forum to help reinforce and share our knowledge. There are plenty of people throughout the planet who are dealing with this situation. Instead of emotionally charged rants (rants are great, but, get us nowhere in court and give fodder for the stereotypical angry man argument) providing factual information; current laws, documented judgments, comparative examples from the same jurisdiction. I have no doubt this group is capable of providing additional material to one another to advance this cause and to reduce hearsay. Im a huge proponent of the scientific method (particularly because its easy to get caught up in the emotional tidal wave of certain issues). Being armed with with the facts is imperative.
