I would like to say that Gregg and I made the BEST DECISION EVER by deciding to share and appetizer and DESSERT at Trio Restaurant in Downtown Mount Airy for our 13-year anniversary celebration last Friday night. Chris Wishart - it was nothing short of amazingly delicious. I honestly said it was the best dessert Ive EVER had! I will post pictures later when I have my camera with me. I am still thinking about it! First, we had the fried green tomatoes with a delicious pimento cheese. Then, we split a full-size creme brulee (always my favorite at Trio) and also had a sample dessert plate of chocolate mousse and the chocolate torte. Gregg added a big glass of milk and I had coffee. It was sooooo good!!! I found myself thinking about those desserts all day. I cant eat like that every day or even every week, but it was a wonderful treat for a special occasion!
