I would like to say to all the people that have reached us via fb & those that have tasted our slices or bought our whole pies, that we really appreciate the honor to serve you over the many years we have survived with you in Portland. For me it is not only been a job but a responsiblity to follow the guildelines that the owners insist on producing to the public their quality of food they have created since opening day. What makes my job so enjoyable, on my behalf in the kitchen, is to offer my services, not only to the public but being a team player in my field. My commitment is because the owners have integrity to honor & respect diversity on all walks of life & reaching out to community, which speaks for itself of the many facets many may not be aware. Thank you one & all for your loyalty & your commitment to return to us & telling others about us. Yes, we are still here :)
