I would like to say to the man with his partner and child that were crossing by Hotham Park today, yes the traffic coming the other way had stopped for you and you had walked into and stood in the middle of the road waiting for a gap our side to cross and no we didnt stop, by the time we saw you it would of been dangerous to stop as we had other cars behind us. This however, gives you no excuse to hurl something large and hard at the windscreen (that could have smashed the glass!) As we passed. There was a child and pregnant lady in the car. You could of caused an accident and hurt anyone through your stupidity and selfishness. Unbelievable! Cars cant always stop just because you have decided to cross on a dangerous part of the road. Im absolutely furious and if I could of got out of the car I would of been taking your name and reporting you!
