I would like to share something that happened to my friend and I while flying home from the bash today. We are both BBWS and had an amazing time at bash theres nothing like being surrounded by positive people of all sizes that empowers me. Well, as out plane was about to land the woman behind me asks how my friend and I obtained a preboarding pass. I responded by saying that being a larger women we needed a bit more time to get comfortable. She then said she wondered if she could get one for herself because shes a runner. Im not stupid and knew she was being sarcastic so I responded all you can do is ask. As we exited the plane this woman got up and told the entire flight crew and all surrounding passengers that we got to preboarding because we are fat. She went as far to tell EVERYONE ON THE ENTIRE PLANE while at baggage claim that we got to preboarding on the basis of being fat. So my friend and I confronted her and she took it to an entirely different level. She threatens to kick my friends ass ( my friend the crazy Puerto Rican ya right lol) and acted like she was having a mental health issue. In the end my friend had her detained and has expressed interest in filing a slander law suit against this woman. Even the sherif thought she was nuts. This woman even apologized to the people around her for her actions but never to my friend and I. Its been a long one since Ive been bullied and Im glad I have the balls to stand up to people even when they act like douch bags. In the end I am proud of the person Ive become because of the BBW organizations and am proud as hell of who I am. Done with rant. Miss all of you. XO.
