I would like to talk about something I have been seeing more and more lately large party of folks will show up get their drinks and move close to the stage and have to talk over the music no matter how loud the music is they still feel the need to talk over the music... If you wanted to talk why did you need to go to a place the plays live music and have a conversation? But see the same type of folks at a bar with a DJ and they are as quite as a church mouse...What... Part of the weird part is the people who say they support the band and the live music scene the most talk the loudest when they could be respecting the musician. Not cool others might like to hear the bands music and not that you got your nails done or you scored 65 on a video game of golf. Over heard at a bar the other night about how many places they had seen the Band and how much they loved their music to anyone and everyone I could hear them from the front of the stage and the people talking were in the middle of the room.. Have we lost all common decency and respect for people who play music... Do you think that has always been the case? Did Ludwig Van Beethoven and others like him have bar-hoppers talking over the music... Our am I just an old fuddyduddy .. I payed to hear music not you...Please show some respect... I do not remember people talking during the Jimi Hendrix show but then again did not hear more than a few words of the songs during the Beatles but no one was talking it just was not possible to talk over the screaming...
