I would like to wish all teachers, everyone who teachers in one way or another, Happy Teachers Day. Teach, because you can change lives. A teacher is like a candle burning bright to light the path for others. I myself have been involved in education and teaching for many years, i teach youths and children, medical students, young doctors, nurses at all levels, my grassroots leaders and volunteers as well as activists, i also do a lot of public education thru various platforms..... most importantly when i teach, i learn from all these people. They say when you teach, you learn twice, trice etc. No matter how many times you give a lecture on the same topic, it always comes out different cos the class is different, the studnets are different, they ask different questions, the things you say can be different too etc. Its also about creativity in education. As a strong supporter of lifelong learning and continuous education, i think i am gonna continue to teach ( in various perspectives and platforms) for a very long time........ To all teachers, thank you for teaching and making a difference. Happy teachers day!
