I would love client feedback: I made the decision some time ago to refrain from raising my massage rates any time soon, yet I have incurred increased expenses to my practice adding essential oil applications to my sessions free of charge. I certainly dont have to use oils on my clients but I incorporated them specifically because they add a measurable therapeutic benefit that I simply cannot provide. And ethically my job is to provide the most beneficial and superior service I can so naturally I want to dose everyone in oils 😄 ALONG with digging my elbow into their myofascia! What are your thoughts on either modestly increasing my rates across the board to cover the costs of potentially/using essential oils for each session, OR having different rates for sessions that incorporate the oils separate from my existing rates that wont incorporate the oils? In theory the latter option seems the most logical but in practice I can already sense that this isnt the most desirable method for reasons I can elaborate on but would first like your honest opinion or suggestions.
