I would really like to know why it is that if you get behind on a bill that the bill collector sends out another bill stating such and such is going to happen if you dont bring your account current...meaning pay your current plus what you owe. Wouldnt it be better to send a notice to try to work on some kind of payment arrangement on the past due because if we had the past due we would have already paid it!! Seriously!
