I wouldnt have thought that after 10 years of doing it, Id have to retake the stupid written exam for the drivers license!!! But apparently, stupid Idaho laws require anyone with an out-of-state license to retake it. And THIS is what Im doing today so happy thoughts are welcome! I cannot fail this test for two reasons: 1.
