I wrote in the last post about the Statute of Frauds in hopes that you might take a bit of time to review the rules that I specified in order to follow and learn, as I did, how my mind was beginning to learn and process information. I wanted to show you what questions began to arise and why. I want you to be able to expand your thinking, as I had to, so that you don’t do as I did and take any document on its face, as if it were legitimate, simply because it seemed official and it was registered in the County records.
