ICICI Bank Yet again baffles me with its relentless Customer Support. When I get connected to the customer care after an era.. and after listening to my problem. The executive says.. Your query will be resolved by someone else who is not at desk. Please call back.. The folks do not have a concept of calling back a customer. I wonder if they have any evaluation of their customer resolution rates! If you are active on Facebook atleast.. please make a note that your new feature of choosing emi option after payment (on the page which asks for 3D pin) is a fraud. Because it majorly never works.! So here I am stuck with a bill of Rs.10,000/- which I have no money to pay for.! (Obviously thats why I chose to an emi option). If any of you guys out there is contemplating on which credit card to buy.. please note ICICI credit card has the worst customer service you can think of!
