IDF is telling the citizens - go two buildings away - you will be safe. The bombing is precise. But Hamas is holding them, and telling them - you will leave when Allah will tell you to leave. This is how civilians die in Gaza. By the time Allah tells the poor mother or kid to leave, he has to leave his body behind as well. This was not what the IDF wanted. Hamas wanted that as Hamas wants death for everybody. The IDF has to neutralize the terrorists and destroy their mortars and missiles. Hamas creates an inseparable link between mortars and missiles, and kids and mothers. First the Palestinian kids and mothers. Then it tries to send them to our own kids and mothers in Israel. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - How to break the stranglehold that Hamas has over civilians in Gaza? How to free a man who is thoroughly wrapped by a huge and muscular boa constrictor who is squeezing life out of him? Lets say that 1.8 million people have, each and every one of them, a 5-meter long, hungry boa constrictor snake around their bodies. Lets say that you want to save their lives. Let me ask you this: is it possible to do it with NONE of them being actually eaten? Now another question: lets suppose 1,300 of them WERE being eaten by the snakes. Was it still worthwhile to rescue the remaining 1,798,700? Food for thought (which is much better than being food for snakes today)
