Rebecca Nayar of 1984 batch, who was CCF (Kendu Leaf), shifted and posted as new Regional CCF (Bhubaneswar) in place of Samant. 1985 batch IFS officer HS Upadhya, chief of World Food Program and Bamboo Mission, given been additional charge of State Medicinal Plant Board, sources said. 1988 batch IFS officer Mita Biswal has been posted as CF(Administration), earlier Biswal was general manager(A/P) in Odisha Forest Development Corporation. 1990 batch IFS officer Suresh Pant has been posted as CF (Planning) , Pant was earlier Director R and R in Water Resources. 1991 batch IFS officer Prafulla Chandra Mallick has been posted as Conservator (GIS) , Mallick was earlier with State Medicinal Plant Board as Chief Executive.
