Yes you will need a patch test 24 hours prior to the treatment. 2. I have no hair at all on my brows, will it still work? The tint will only tint your skin, it depends on how greasy you skin is and how well the tint takes to your skin. With no hair, its a little more difficult. However we apply the stencil with the Ilah brow makeup and that will give you a stronger defined brow even without any hair. 3. Whats the difference between HD Brows and ILAH Brows? The application procedure is different, stencils are used to create the shape and the tint is left on for a lot longer leaving you with much darker brows. 4.
