ILLINOIS FAST START BONUS RESET Electric Fast Start Bonus clocks will be reset to September 1, 2013 for Associates with Illinois selected as their Primary State. Associates can earn eligible Fast Start Bonuses based on customers submitted on or after September 1, 2013 within the timeframes required under the Viridian Compensation Plan (in effect April 1, 2013). Fast Start Bonuses are based on customers submitted during the required timeframe that eventually qualify. The direct Sponsor and Upteam Associates of an eligible Illinois Fast Start Bonus Reset earner can also qualify to earn the applicable Mentor Bonuses as outlined in the Viridian Compensation Plan (in effect April 1, 2013). Each part of the Fast Start Bonus (FSB) is considered earned when the last customer required for that part of the bonus achieves a status of Qualified. For All-States Plan (ASP) and Single State Plan (SSP) Associates with a Primary State of Illinois, all Illinois customers with accounts enrolled on or after September 1, 2013 will count toward this promotion, if submitted within the timeframes required under the Viridian Compensation Plan (in effect April 1, 2013). Fast Start Bonuses and Mentor Bonuses paid to the direct Sponsor of an Illinois Fast Start Bonus Reset earner are paid with weekly commissions. Mentor Bonuses paid to the Upteam Associates of a Illinois Fast Start Bonus Reset earner are paid with monthly commissions. Any Fast Start Bonuses earned under this reset will be paid with weekly commissions based on the schedule outlined in the Viridian Compensation Plan (in effect April 1, 2013). Any Mentor Bonuses paid to the direct Sponsor of a Illinois Fast Start Bonus Reset earner will be paid with weekly commissions the same weekly commission cycle that the Fast Start Bonus is paid. Mentor Bonuses paid to Upteam Associates are paid with monthly commissions for the month during which the Fast Start Bonus was earned. For Illinois Associates who are still within their Fast Start Bonus period (have not earned all Fast Start Bonuses as of August 31, 2013 and are still within their Fast Start Bonus period as outlined in the Viridian Compensation Plan [in effect April 1, 2013]) as of August 31, 2013, their original Fast Start Bonus Period (based on their Join Date) will end effective August 31, 2013, as their Fast Start Bonus clock is being reset to September 1, 2013. These Associates can continue to earn Fast Start Bonuses based on their original Join Date for all applicable customers submitted on or prior to August 31, 2013. Any applicable Illinois customers submitted on or after September 1, 2013 will be counted under the Fast Start Bonus reset only. Mentor Bonuses for the direct Sponsor and Upteam Associates will generate accordingly for any Fast Start Bonuses earned based on customers submitted on or prior to August 31, 2013 and the Associate’s original Join Date. Please note that each part of the Fast Start Bonus can only be earned once. Residual Fundraising Program Associates do not have a Fast Start Bonus clock, and therefore do not qualify for this promotion. Residual Fundraising Program Associates are eligible to earn Mentor Bonuses as the Sponsor or Upteam Associate of Fast Start Bonus Reset earner. SSP Associates that earn Fast Start Bonuses do not generate Sponsor Mentor Bonuses, or Upteam Mentor Bonuses. Resetting Fast Start Bonus clocks does not reset the period during which Associates can earn their Consultant Rank Advancement Bonus; the time period an Associate has to earn this bonus is based on their original Join Date. The Customer Acquisition Bonus does not run concurrently with the Fast Start Bonus period, as outlined in the Viridian Compensation Plan (in effect April 1, 2013). The Customer Acquisition Bonus period begins when the Fast Start Bonus period ends based on either the April 1, 2013 start date, or the Associate’s Join Date - whichever date is later. The Fast Start Bonus Reset promotion does not affect the start date of the Customer Acquisition Bonus Period. All Associates who meet the qualifications for the promotion must be an active Associate in good standing with Viridian at the time of the promotion in order to receive the award. Viridian reserves the right to withhold final approval of all winners pending verification of compliance with all Policies & Procedures and contest rules. The value of the promotion will be considered taxable income to the winners and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The promotion is non-transferrable and the non-cash portion of the rewards may not be redeemed for cash. Viridian reserves the right to interpret the rules and prizes, and change the rules at its sole discretion. All Viridian decisions shall be final.
