IM STARTING A LIQUID DIET IN MAY-- TAKING MY FAT LOSS TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. THESE ARE 5 MAIN TOOLS I WILL USE TO ACHIEVE MAJOR LOSSES IN MAY. I WILL STILL EAT PROTEIN IN THE EVENING AND MY EGG EVERY MORNING. IM GONNA DO IT FOR 2-3 WEEKS THEN RE ADD SOME FOOD PER DAY You can also add things to your juice meals to help boost your overall health.
