RECRUITMENT PROFILE: SCHEDULER Summary: ------------ An experienced Scheduler is required to support the operational commissioning Project team for a leading hospital in Qatar. The person must have experience of working on complex HEALTHCARE projects including large scale post enabling works. Academic Qualifications/training: ------------------------------------- B.Sc. in Building or Civil Engineering Computer expertise: Must be a proficient / expert level operator of Primavera P6. (and future versions). MS Project and MS office applications. Experience: ------------- Candidates must have at least five years’ experience including the following areas: 1. Operational commissioning including ‘move and migration sequences’, equipment delivery, installation and commissioning. 2. Preparation of schedule of required/outstanding information EWS (Early Warning System. 3. Preparation of monthly target budget reports. 4. Preparation of weekly, short and long term programs. 5. Working with key stakeholders and clinical teams and providing regular and timely progress updates and reports. 6. Controlling sub-contractors performance KPI’s (weekly and monthly)and progress monitor. 7. Coordinate data flow and drawings between main contractor and suppliers. 8. Preparation of drawing register and maintenance of complete tracking record of issues/approvals. 9. Contract planning; prepare master, construction, recovery and trades package constraint programmes. 10. Tender Planning: preparation of tender programmes and prequalification documents, method statement, logistic plans, risk register. 11. Pictorial planning 12. Contract claims including impact of delays on original master programme, Forensic planning (including risk analysis), ‘As Built’ programme analysis and critical path analysis. 13. Cost Planning: Prepare cost loaded programs. 14. Providing ‘Subject Matter Expertise’ on all matters related to scheduling and schedule performance and training colleagues as required. Additional skills: ------------------ 1. Must be a self-starter, detail conscious with business level English oral and written communication skills.
