IMPLICATION OF ICC ARREST WARRANT ON KENYAN JOURNALIST Since ICC as an agency of justice posses no instrument to execute arrest in Kenya,it entirely rely on the member states law enforcement agency to conduct that arrest on her behalf,Sudan is not a signatory to the Rome statue no wonder her president Albashir still enjoys security of tenure from its citizenry,Unlike Kenya who is a member state to the Rome statute, i therefore give the government of Kenya my genuine advice at no cost,that if in case it wishes to bring future cases (not current because it will remain a myth to think so)to local judiciary,they actually must compel itself however painful it is and exercise its international obligation and arrest the wanted journalist and hand him over to ICC,this would have proven a point that actually the government is beginning to cooperate and that it is in the process of establishing strong local judicial mechanism to try future crimes against human beings.If the government refuses to make an arrest then it will have political error .Prosecutor is employing this arrest warrant strategy to corner the government of Kenya,THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX . man will always be a political animal,according to John Locke
