IMPORTANT INFORMATION: How to fill out the Abstract Submission Form on the Conference web portal: The external website developer has very recently enhanced the security features of the Conference web portal. A strict validation policy has been applied to avoid any unwanted registrations that will cause spam in the email notifications to administrators and in the registry database. Telephone contact On the abstract submission form, where a 12-character telephone number is required, simply type in your mobile number prefaced by the country code, e.g. 610434124722. Do not leave any spaces between digits. Abstract 2 Where it is currently compulsory to upload a second abstract, what students who have successfully submitted at an earlier date have done is to simply re-load their first abstract and in all other boxes related to the “second” abstract, they have simply typed “nil” or “same”. School Where you are asked to fill in the name of your School, please capitalise the beginning letter of each word, i.e. Veterinary And Life Sciences. Please note the capitalisation of “And”. How you can help We were aware of the above issues and they are being addressed, including further instructions being included in the online form. Please feel free to direct your networks to this information. While we can also email the student body, we find it takes them up to 3 weeks to read emails from their student association, thereby missing this information before the abstract submission deadline.
