IMPORTANT UPDATE: On May 29, 2014, the Court filed an Order approving Plaintiffs Motion, Without Opposition from Defendants, to Allow Commencement of Trust Administration Class Distributions Prior to Expiration of Appeals. This Order represents the first step in the Trust Administration payment distribution process; as noted in the Motion, there are several factors that still need to occur before distribution can be made.
