Now had these two Applications not been held Back-to-Back with the same Committee Members, one could argue that the Committee were unaware of the arguments which were/are jointly detrimental to these two Applications. In any decision of the Committee there has to be CONSISTENCY.... And by that measure, I would strongly argue to Bradfords Legal & Committee Secretariat that there has been a serious breach within the Committees Decision Making Process. Both the Chair Cllr. David Warburton and Cllr. Alan Wainwrite also vote not to support the Application for similar reasons. Cllr. Warburton citing: - Hes very familiar with Leeds Road. I was disgusted when one of the councillors who was sat on the top bench who was there for Cote Farm and did not seem to re appear for the vote for Simpson Green with no explanation. This made the vote go to the labour casting vote. I wonder why the lady on the end of the 4 did not want to speak but on the casting vote voted against? The chair just went straight passed her? I wonder if she knew it was wrong and did not want to speak? Can someone just confirm the extra tree order condition that was added at the end to the condition. I can recall the case officer saying that there was no tree orders to this site during her biased one sided case she presented for the applicant presentation. Not one of my objections against this was read out when the case officer said we have had more objections. The main inconsistency was the same arguments as were put to Cote Farm hearing, were not put to Simpson Green from the case officer. They accepted everything she said, did not question. Even though they appeared to be one and the same, they were in fact separate hearings and therefore, only the facts and argument developments which are placed before the committee during that hearing can be taken into consideration. MORE TO THE POINT, SAME IF NOT WORSE TRAFFIC ISSUES WITH 2 MAJOR JUNCTIONS HEMMINGWAY ROAD AND THE SWING BRIDGE OVER CAPACITY WITH OUT THE 267 NEW HOMES AND TESCO EXPRESS, SAME SCHOOL REPORT FOR BOTH DEVELOPMENTS, HENCE SAME SCHOOL ISSUES, SAFEGUARDED LAND UNTIL 2026, WITH OTHER BROWNFIELD MORE SUSTAINABLE SUGGESTIONS OFFERED. HERITAGE AND CONSERVATION SITE WITH PROTECTED WILDLIFE, TREES AND VEGITATION, BUILDERS DO NOT OWN THE ACCESS TRACK. £300 - £500K HOMES NOT WHAT THE PEOPLE OF BRADFORD NEED OR CAN AFFORD, COMPLETELY AGAINST BRADFORD CORE HOUSING STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABLE AFFORDABLE HOMES.
