INDIVIDUAL SMOKED FISH PIE Frying off the finely diced onions and garlic with diced carrots, baby corn and sliced green beans then add in the smoked fish. Once softened add half a pint of milk and simmer gently for five mins. Then add half a cup of cream and a butter and flower roux to thicken. Cook out the flour and place in individual bowls and top with creamy mash. Bake in oven for 10-15 mins or as long as it takes for the spuds to go golden brown.
