We want to make an announcement on the sale of “JYJ JAPAN DOME TOUR IN OSAKA” goods on 13th and 14th December. We have been preparing and doing final checking of goods in order to hold sales of official concert goods at the Osaka City Dome performance venue. However, this afternoon one day before the concert (today 12th), we were again approached by the concert organizer negotiating on some unfair and invalid terms that are not even in the original concert agreement, and informed us one-sidedly that if we do not accept the new terms, they will not allow us to sell merchandise. Despite the fact that the existing contract specified very clearly that we have the right of concert merchandise sales in Osaka City Dome, our contract content with the concert organizer was ignored and they only asserted the contents pertaining to concert operation and concert organizer, disallowing us to sell merchandise one day before the performance. We have tried to negotiate for a satisfactory result with just being allowed to sell concert goods for the sake of fans who use goods as a necessary effort of support, but because we were told one-sidedly to swallow unfair additional terms one day before the concert we have decided not to agree. And so it is with deep regret that we will not be selling concert goods at this concert venue. We are still now requesting the concert organizer to honor those terms already included in the existing contract. At the same time, we want to express our deepest apologies to fans who have waited for and coming to the Osaka concerts.
