INME Inventure Updates - 19th October, Morning (press see more to view all updates) ----------------------------------------------------- Grade 6 - Uroli ------------------- Children had their last breakfast at the camp today. The excitement has come down substantially. Looks like they dont to leave the camp at all. The kids packed their bags half heartedly. Now they are going through appreciation session. They are discussing what all they learnt and what all they plan to do once they reach back school. This will be followed by the final learning exercise. Just before lunch the group will have a group photograph. After an early lunch, grade 6 will start its journey towards Kathgodam from where they will catch the train back to Delhi. Grade 7 - Rishikesh --------------------------- Its Helter Skelter Day today!!! The entire grade was divided into four teams. These teams are now competing with each other now in a number of physical and mental games to finally win the Helter skelter. There is a lot of excitement all around. The cheering and shouting can be heard across the valley! All the kids are in full competitive spirit and are thoroughly enjoying the games. The teams are continuously strategizing their next moves. The Helter Skelter will continue all day today. The weather is nice and warm, perfect for the games. Grade 8 - Tons -------------------- Team A is back from its night out. They all enjoyed the night out experience and cant stop talking about it. They were welcomed with fresh fruits and a tasty breakfast. They are now having Your own time. Team B has gone for rappelling and will be back by lunch from this exercise. After lunch, It is Helter Skelter time!! The grade 8 will be divided into 4 teams and they will all compete with each other over a series of physical and mental games to finally win the Helter Skelter. The excitement is brewing already, and the kids cant wait for it to start. Grade 9- Kedarkantha, ------------------------------ The team started its descend from the Kedarkantha Base Camp to Netwar early morning today. All the kids are extremely proud of their achievement. They are expected to reach Netwaar around mid day and will have their lunch there. After this they will take a ride back to the Tons base camp. Where they will have a debriefing session and serenity time. They will record the entire experience of the entire trek in their cool books. Grade 11- Naagtiba -------------------------- The group has scaled the peak!! Today at around 10 am the group reached the Nagtiba peak. It was a beautiful sight seeing all the children so happy. The loud cheering was music to our ear. They are all extremely charged up. The views from the top are breathtaking. The weather is clear and snow-capped Himalayas can be seen from the peak. Now they will descend back towards the Nagtiba base where they will have their lunch. Post lunch they will continue descending down to their pit stop for the night.
