INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, to the standard of BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT, and no requirement to help your accusers dig up any dirt on you, by your own confession! That is the law you are entitled too, the burden of proof lies with the accuser. This is your Birthright! :) That is the standard in CRIMINAL LAW! However, in a Magistrates Court or County Court they are using LEGAL on you! :( In world war two, everything Adolf Hitler Did was Legal, it was sanctioned by the state! ;( In Legal Land/La La Land, some ARSEHOLE in a wig only has to measure the ‘BALANCE OF PROBABILITY’ that you are guilty. WTF! Screw that!!!!!! What chance does that give you? :p You are then being judged by a KANGAROO COURT of judge jury and executioner rolled in to one! :( STAR CHAMBERS, as they were called! Think Court Martial, it’s just a court for officers of the Crown tried under the Crown rules, against the Crown Employees! Star Chambers are making a comeback, :( despite being abolished long ago, Things equivalent to window tax (bedroom tax), and workhouse ethics are all coming back. :( Its time to make a stand against this so called LAW! WAKE UP!!!!
