INSANITY IS BACK TONIGHT! INSANITY CLASS WILL BE AT 7:15PM TONIGHT! Become fitter and stronger with my INSANITY class! STARTING JANUARY 14TH!!!!! Insanity classes are specially designed interval training routines which EVERYONE and ANYONE can attend! The classes cover the WHOLE BODY for a dynamic blast! With rest periods inbetween bodyweight exercise combinations, the structure of the class means you get maximum results from training with simple and short bursts of work! Class will be taking place every Wednesday at 6:30pm, after this coming session, at Anderton Primary school field, Babylon La, Chorley PR6 9NN. £3.50 per class with every 6th class FREE!
