INSPIRATION (Giving direction to your day) THURSDAY 6TH JUNE, 2013 SPIDER LESSONS Text: “There be four things which are little upon the earth,but they are exceeding wise.The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in king’s palaces.”Prov 30:24,28 As it ever occurred to you before that spiders exist everywhere. There is hardly a place you can’t find them.The biggest mansion in town has at least a spider. The spider has never been to school before. No degree or title to its name yet it can enter places that your degrees and titles may never take you. The question is what’s special about the spider? The spider is so little but very wise. The wisdom of the spider makes up for its weakness. The spider does not really have any other feature other than the ability to produce a substance within itself to make webs.It actually moves from one place to another through the webs. It lives inside the wed and catches insects with it for food. It’s this innate ability of the spider that makes it powerful and unique. The lesson for us is that there is an innate ability of God within each one of us that is designed to produce every other thing we need in life and takes us places where even degrees cannot take us. It’s designed to take us to the high places of life. This innate ability could be a gift, a talent and endowment that God has given us to function in an extraordinary way. As we discover this ability in us and we place the right value and worth on it, it becomes a bridge to our destiny. Allow the Spirit of God to work in you to bring out the best already deposited in you. Make a lifetime commitment to what you have; it will take you to palaces.
