INTERCESSION WITH KINGDOM CONNECT TODAY (TUESDAY 16 July 2013) Key scripture for this week: Numbers 11: 1-2 There is nothing more decorated and systematic like war...when two nations are at war victory is not measured by how many battles one nation wins during the war but victory is measured by which nation will remain standing with its king. If the king or the leader is killed or captured in one battle the whole war is won by the nation that kills or captures the king even if that nation had lost many battles but the king is the line between defeat and victory. The army too is decorated and planned through and through-the soldiers cover the ground, the air force covers the air, the navy covers the waters and the marines cover the deep waters. Every avenue of attack is covered and if it seems like all of this forces are loosing a battle or the war then commandos and special forces are deployed. Now even in the kingdom of God the same principles applies but the challenge is we enjoy wining one battle against the enemy and claim victory when we are supposed to utterly destroying all of the enemy’s camp. When all have failed we the church and saints must rise as commandos and special forces and declare victory against the enemy in Jesus’ name for our father does not fight He defeats. When the nation is destitute and complaining we must come in and cover them before God with intercession and supplications. We must deploy intercessor and prayer warriors as the Body of Christ so that we may ensure victory by the hand of the Lord our God. We are an army that must rise...
