The International Tattoo Biennial will: reappraise the practice of tattooing as a form of artistic and cultural expression, going beyond the mere spectacle of ephemeral data, highlighting the historical-anthropological, and varieties of production, while identifying the quality of its technical modalities and the value of its myriad contents. Subscriptions Subscriptions and registrations are open, from June 25, 2013 until August 30, 2014, for the selection of admission to the final phase of The International Tattoo Biennial. A limited number of submissions can be accepted.Submissions may be made by all Italian and foreign tattoo artists and tattooed who are 18 years of age and older.
