Accounts and Finance: The main accountability is to develop and control all financial aspect to include short and long term budgeting, strategic planning cash flow forecasting and manage capital and revenue expenditure. The department has a team of Manager and executives Sales: The department is equipped with most energetic and motivated individuals who provide the best service to the client meeting their requirement. The department has a team of Manager, Asst. Manager and executives Supply Chain Management: Responsible to ensure that best quality material from best source reaches production line at the right time. Maintains adequate stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production. Ensures transportation/shipment of material to project site on time. The department has a team of Manager, Asst. Manager and executives sourcing material from local market and international market as well Design Engineering: Local Engineering team is staffed with graduate engineers from renowned public or private universities with domestic and international experience. The department has a team of Manager, Senior Design Engineers, and Junior Design Engineers and Detailers. Plant Management/Fabrication/Project Management/Erection: The plant management department is responsible for the daily operation of production, maintenance, safety, production planning & control. Our well-experienced and educated plant management runs the plant with the great help of a skilled work force. Production: The production department is comprised with two sub-departments: MAIN FRAME & COLD FORM. The main frame has several production lines depending on the function, such as cutting, fitting, welding, grinding and painting. The cold form has different production lines based on product category, such as C & Z Purlin, Wall & Roof panel, trim, flashing, gutter downspouts etc. The department has a team of Production Manager, Asst. Managers (Production), Production Engineers, Supervisors and Skilled Manpower. Maintenance: The maintenance department strictly follows the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system in order to avoid any machine break down time. All the machines are periodically maintained as per manufacturer’s recommendation for preventive and routine maintenance. The maintenance department maintains the plant facility ensuring working environment is healthy & safe. The department has a team of Senior Engineer, Supervisors. Quality: Quality Control Department ensures highest quality of the incoming materials, outgoing fabricated structure and constructed structure. 3rd party QC inspection agent is invited for any special inspection & auditing. And our quality services continue all through the life time of the building constructed by STEELTECH ENGINEERING. Our Quality system ensures the products comply with standard codes. The department has a team of Manager, Asst. Managers, Project Management and Erection. Project Management teams is responsible for the coordination between different internal departments and the customers. The coordination is done on a daily basis and starts from the point of sales, continue till the project completion and even longer as necessary. Erection team is responsible to complete the entire civil works/steel building erection as per contract. The department has a team of Project co-coordinator, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineers, Supervisors and Skilled Worker.
